BMW Eurokars Auto's Pick-Up and Delivery Service

Enjoy complete convenience with Eurokars Auto’s BMW Pick-up and Delivery Service, designed to make your servicing experience effortless.

When you book a service appointment at any of our island-wide Service Centres, we’ll pick up your BMW from your preferred location and deliver it back to your doorstep once the service is complete.

Operating Hours for Pick-Up and Delivery Service

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
Sunday & PH: Closed

The last pick-up time for vehicles from your preferred location to our authorised Service Centres is 7:30 PM from Monday to Friday and 11:00 AM on Saturday.

Cost & Payment Methods

- S$68 (incl. GST) per trip

- S$130 (incl. GST) for a round trip (Pick-up & Delivery)

Payment for the Pick-up and Delivery Service can be made via PayNow (QR code will be sent via WhatsApp) or Credit Card.

Please note: Your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made before 48 hours of the scheduled timeslot. Payment refunds in view of cancellation will be processed via the same payment method. It may take up to 14 working days for the refund to be reflected. Please be advised that any cancellations made within 48 hours of the allocated time slot without rescheduling, will result in forfeiture of the payment.
