The BMW Eurokars Auto’s Pick-up and Delivery Service is an all-encompassing solution tailored to make your BMW servicing experience seamless and stress-free. When you schedule a service appointment at our Service Centres island wide, you unlock the convenience of having your BMW picked up from your preferred location and delivered back to your doorstep – making your next BMW service appointment a truly hassle-free experience.

What is a Pick-up & Delivery Service?

The BMW Eurokars Auto Pick-up & Delivery Service is a service that includes a convenient pick-up and delivery of BMW vehicles from your desired location to the Service Centre, and back to your doorstep. This service, which would otherwise be priced at S$130 for a 2-way pick-up and delivery, is currently complimentary for all BMW appointments made at the brand-new BMW Eurokars Fast Lane Service Centre and Certified Body & Paint Shop in the West until 31 May 2024.

Operating Hours for Pick-Up and Delivery Service

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
Sunday & PH: Closed

The last time slot for the pick-up of vehicles from your preferred location to our authorised Service Centres, to be delivered back to your preferred the next day will be at 7:30pm from Monday to Friday, and 11:00am on Saturday.

Cost and Payment Methods

  • S$68 (incl. GST) per trip.
  • S$130 (incl. GST) for 2-way trip (pick-up and delivery).

Payment for the Pick-Up and Delivery Service can be made via PayNow (QR will be sent over via WhatsApp) or Credit Card. Kindly note that the Pick-Up and Delivery Service will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.​

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made before 48 hours of the scheduled timeslot. Payment refunds in view of cancellation will be processed via the same payment method. It may take up to 14 working days for the refund to be reflected.

Please be advised that any cancellations made within 48 hours of the allocated timeslot without rescheduling, will result in forfeiture of the payment.​

Shuttle Service

Enjoy a complimentary one-way shuttle service from our location at B1, 11 Kung Chong Road to Queenstown MRT station when you service your BMW with us. Shuttle service timings can be found at:
