Is the new BMW 5 Series also available with vegan leather?

Yes, you can choose from three vegan synthetic leather options for the interior of the new BMW 5 Series. The seats are produced without using any animal products.

How long has the BMW 5 Series been in existence?

The BMW 5 Series came onto the market more than 50 years ago, in the summer of 1972. It was therefore the successor to the “New Class”. Since 1991, there has also been a Touring version of the BMW 5 Series.

Is the new BMW 5 Series also available as an electric vehicle?

Yes, it is. The new BMW 5 Series Sedan will be available in two all-electric versions and once again as a plug-in hybrid. Alongside the BMW i5 eDrive40, the fully electrically powered models will also include the especially dynamic BMW i5 M60 xDrive.

EXTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS.

Even in the dark: unmistakable. The BMW kidney Iconic Glow stands out, particularly at night. When the vehicle is stationary and in motion, white light illuminates its contours, making it a striking feature.

Sculpted Body Lines Sharp, sculpted body lines run along the sides of the vehicle, accentuating its length and creating a dynamic, forward-moving appearance.

An illuminating experience on entry. The Dynamic Light Carpet illuminates the door areas when entering and exiting the vehicle for safety reasons, and also welcomes and inspires with light animations.

INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS.

Functional and fascinatingly attractive. Each My Mode is staged differently in the BMW Interaction Bar. For all the ever-changing visual experiences and emotional lighting moods you could wish for.

Advanced Infotainment System. The latest iDrive infotainment system features a high-resolution touchscreen display, providing easy access to navigation, entertainment, and vehicle settings. It also includes voice control for hands-free operation.

Best sound in all seats. With twelve speakers and 205 watts, Harman Kardon's HiFi audio system reaches every corner of your BMW, providing powerful yet balanced sound for your daily drives.
